Money is one of the big stress that most people faced

Money is one of the big stress that most people faced but main reason is due to how we manage our money that cause the most stress so learn to manage our money is the best way to transform the stress into wellness.

50% of the overall stress could be reduced by better financial management. (Source: Narges Delafrooz & Laily Hj Paim, 2011). Financial education programs could improve workers’ financial problem and reduce financial stress. Another finding also indicated that workers who attended financial education seminars and workshops reported less financial stress and greater financial well-being than those who did not (Source: Garman, Kim, Kratzer, Brunson, & Joo, 1999 & Garman, et al., 1999), So here is the one day seminar to learn to manage our money well.
